HEATEXPO 2025: Ticket sales now underway – Messe Dortmund hosting the heating industry get-together
The ticket shop is now open.
From 25 to 27 November 2025, HEATEXPO will once again be welcoming the relevant players in the heating industry to Messe Dortmund. With the Municipal Enterprises Association (VKU) as conceptual sponsor and with the respected National Waste Heat Conference (BAT) plus numerous other partners and strong exhibitor participation, the show is emphasising its role as a central platform for the provision of tomorrow's heating supplies. The online ticket shop is now open.
Dortmund, 24 June 2025 – Online ticket sales for HEATEXPO 2025 have kicked off, with trade visitors now able to order their admission tickets at www.heat-expo.de/en-gb/tickets. The day pass costs EUR 52, and the multi-day pass for all three days of the show is available for EUR 94. For a relaxed end to Day 1 of the event, the Get-together ticket can also be purchased for EUR 28.
Evening get-together: networking in a personal atmosphere
Exhibitors and visitors are cordially invited to the official HEATEXPO Get-together from 17:30 hrs onwards on Tuesday 25 November 2025. The evening event is being held off-site at Strobels (subject to change) in the immediate vicinity of Messe Dortmund and will draw to a close at around 21:30 hrs. The ticket (EUR 28 per person) includes food, drinks and good conversation in a relaxed atmosphere and must be booked separately from the trade show admission ticket.

National Waste Heat Conference joining HEATEXPO for the first time
One special highlight of this year's event will be the addition of the respected National Waste Heat Conference (BAT) which is being held for the first time as part of HEATEXPO. It brings together leading experts from business, science, healthcare and policy-making and specifically strengthens interdisciplinary dialogue.
