  • Setup and dismantling dates

    Start of planning: April 15, 2026


    Setup: November 20, 2026

    Setup time: 7:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m. daily

    Important: Stand materials may only be stored on the area of your own exhibition stand, empty containers must be removed immediately, and the aisles must be kept clear of empty and full containers.

    End of setup: November 23, 2026, 4:00 p.m. (4:00 p.m. vehicles from the hall)

    After that, work such as decoration on your own stand area is still possible.


    Trade fair dates: November 24–26, 2026

    Opening hours: November 24–25, 2026: 10:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m.

    November 26, 2026: 10:00 a.m.–4:00 p.m.

    Delivery of goods during the trade fair:

    November 24–26, 2026: 8:00 a.m.–9:45 a.m.


    Dismantling time: November 26, 2026: 4:00 p.m.–10:00 p.m.

    November 27/28, 2026: 7:00 a.m.–6:00 p.m.

    Vehicle access to the halls:

    November 26, 2026: from 5:00 p.m.

    Vehicles are permitted to enter the halls provided that the logistical situation allows this. During major events, for example in other areas of the Westfalenhallen or in the neighboring Signal Iduna Park, access to the halls may be delayed or difficult.

    End of dismantling: November 28, 2026: 6:00 p.m.

    Extended set-up and dismantling times are available on request for a fee.


  • WARNING! MISLEADING ENTRY OFFERS

    Unfortunately, it happens again and again that exhibitors receive misleading listing offers in order to be included in so-called trade fair and exhibitor directories. Well-known companies and online directories are art-living.info, Expo Guide, International Fairs Directory, Handwerk-Markt.com, Handcraft-market.com and Construct Data Publisher. Messe Dortmund GmbH expressly states that it has no connection whatsoever with "Expo Guide", "art-living.info", "FAIR GUIDE", "International Fairs Directory", "Handwerk-Markt.com" and "Handcraft-market.com".


    We expressly distance ourselves from the business practices of these companies. In most cases, these are unauthorized publishers who finance themselves through paid listings in various directories. However, they often give the impression that the offer is free of charge. It is only in the small print of the terms and conditions that the amount and duration of the payment obligation can be found - which often turns into a nasty surprise.


    Entries in the official media of our events can be made via our Online Service Center (OSC). The access data for the OSC will be sent to you together with the stand confirmation by our trade fair teams on Messe Dortmund GmbH letterhead or by e-mail with the appropriate signature.
