HEATEXPO 2026 launches online ticket shop for exhibition and HEATEXPO NIGHT
Tickets on sale now! Flagship trade show extends its offering with more exhibition space, additional stages, and a new improved networking format
The online ticket shop launch sees the HEATEXPO 2026 moving up to the next level: Tickets are now available for the flagship international trade show for innovative heating and cooling solutions, and the HEATEXPO NIGHT. From 24 to 26 November 2026, the Dortmund Exhibition Centre will once again be hosting manufacturers, planners, utility companies, municipal utilities, local authorities, the housing sector, and industry players covering the entire value chain of today’s heating and cooling supply sector.
Dortmund, 18 June 2026 – Trade visitors can now order tickets to the exhibition and book access to HEATEXPO NIGHT at the same time. The event will be taking place on the first evening of the trade fair on the exhibition centre premises, replacing the previous get-together with a new, improved networking format.
More space – more exhibitors – more knowledge sharing
“The HEATEXPO 2026 is steadily gaining momentum and evolving in terms of floor space, exhibitor headcount, and depth of content,” claimed Sabine Loos, Managing Director of the Westfalenhallen Unternehmensgruppe which owns and operates the Messe Dortmund venue. “We aim to provide the industry with a platform where technologies, projects and decision-makers can all come together more closely than ever before,” she added.
The HEATEXPO 2026 is continuing along its growth trajectory, targeting key audiences throughout the value chain of today’s heating and cooling supply sector. These include stakeholders from the power generation, infrastructure and services sectors, as well as parties responsible for practical implementation in local authorities, municipal utilities, industry and the housing sector. Plans include more exhibition space, more exhibitors, additional stages, and greater opportunity for knowledge-sharing and networking.
Fresh international impetus and a new hall layout
With an exciting new layout in Halls 4 and 7, the exhibition concept is also laser-focused on addressing market needs. Hall 7 puts energy generation centre-stage, with large-scale heat pumps, plant engineering, geothermal energy, and other innovative energy sources on show. Hall 4 brings together infrastructure, services and consultancy, and focuses sharply on the interfaces between planning, implementation, operation, and optimisation.
The HEATEXPO 2026 is also lending fresh impetus to the international stage. In addition to the joint Danish stand, a Swedish stand is expected to put in an appearance for the first time. This further expands the exhibition’s international network and underlines its reputation as a forum for the European heating and cooling sector.
HEATEXPO NIGHT on the first evening of the show
What used to be a low-key get-together is set to become the HEATEXPO NIGHT in 2026. The Dortmund Exhibition Centre is continuing to cultivate this evening event together with its partner DEW21. The new venue on the exhibition centre premises offers more space, closer proximity to the halls, and a central setting for discussion, networking, and informal interaction on the first evening of the fair. A partnership with SKG UMWELTTECHNIK gives the event another quality altogether, with an additional bar complementing the HEATEXPO NIGHT programme and offering yet another relaxed setting for engagement.
