Hy.Summit.Rhein.Ruhr 2026: Perspective Day
The Hy.Summit.Rhein.Ruhr “Perspectives Day” focuses on concrete approaches to the industrial heat supply of the future and the opportunities presented by digitalization. In the Ruhr region—home to steel mills, chemical plants, and industrial infrastructure—the success of industrial transformation will be decided. Once a year, the Hy.Summit provides a prominent platform for this transformation.
The Hy.Summit.Rhein.Ruhr 2026 is an event organized by the Hy.Region.Rhein.Ruhr e.V. network in cooperation with the economic development agencies of the cities of Bochum, Dortmund, Duisburg, Essen, and Hamm, supported by a large group of dedicated partners. The Perspectives Day in Dortmund marks the conclusion of this year’s Hy.Summit: The opening gala will take place on September 14 in Duisburg at the Rheingalaxie. At the Decarbonization Congress on September 15 in Essen, the industrial perspective of the Hy.Summit will converge with the startup and innovation focus of the Hydroverse Convention.
