Terms and Conditions of Participation

Messe Dortmund GmbH serves as the event organizer. The Federal Association for Carbon Management acts as a partner of the CARBONX ZONE.

Submission Requirements:

• All submissions must be designed as specialist presentations, have a clear practical relevance, have technically neutral content, be free of advertising and manufacturer-neutral.
• All submitted applications will be forwarded immediately to the Federal Association for Carbon Management, as a partner association of CARBONX ZONE, for review and selection. The Federal Association for Carbon Management is solely responsible for evaluating the submissions, selecting the presentations, and organizing the supporting program. Selection criteria include the timely receipt of your materials, their content and presentation, timeliness, level of innovation, and relevance to the themes of the CARBONX ZONE.
• There is no requirement to record the presentation.

Rights of Use:

• The organizer and the partner association actively promote and document the highlights of the CARBONX ZONE before and after the trade show, thereby providing free advertising and PR for exhibitors and speakers. For this purpose, the presentation may also be recorded and used in text, image, and audio formats.
• The speaker will provide the Federal Association for Carbon Management and the event organizer with the presentation slides in PDF format well in advance of the trade show for free use.

Promotion of the forums by the organizers of HEATEXPO and CARBONX ZONE:

• As the event organizer, Messe Dortmund GmbH uses its website to ensure that, in the run-up to the trade show, the presentation topics and the names of the presenters reach as wide an audience as possible among interested members of the public and the relevant trade media. The German Federal Association for Carbon Management supports this communication and promotion through its own communication channels.
• During HEATEXPO and CARBONX ZONE, the organizer will use appropriate promotional materials to draw the audience’s attention to the forums.
• The trade media relevant to these topics will be informed in detail about the forum program by Messe Dortmund GmbH via the relevant communication channels.
