Are you an exhibitor or partner of HEATEXPO 2026? Then use the form to apply as a speaker for the trade fair – presentations last a maximum of 20 minutes including a Q&A session.

Submission conditions

• All submissions must be designed as specialist presentations, have a clear practical relevance, have technically neutral content, be free of advertising and manufacturer-neutral.
• Each speaker is allowed 15 minutes of presentation and 5 minutes of discussion.
• All applications submitted will be presented to the HEATEXPO team for selection. Selection criteria are the timely receipt of your documents, content and preparation, topicality, innovative content and relevance in relation to the HEATEXPO themes.
• There is no obligation for the organizer to record the lecture.
• If a contribution is selected by the HEATEXPO team, a participation fee of 680 € will be charged to the submitters in order to ensure the commitment of the speakers and to guarantee a reliable program design. Non-commercial exhibitors and partners of HEATEXPO are exempt from this fee.

Rights of use

• We actively communicate and document the highlights of HEATEXPO before and after the trade fair, and use them to promote and publicize exhibitors and speakers. For this purpose, the presentation may also be recorded and used in words, images and sound.
• The speaker will provide the organizer with the slides of the presentation as a PDF for free use in good time before the trade fair. a) For the qualitative evaluation of the presentation, b) For publication following the event

Promotion of the forums by the HEATEXPO organizers

• As the organizer of HEATEXPO, Messe Dortmund GmbH uses its website to ensure that the presentation topics and the names of those presenting them are disseminated as widely as possible to the interested public and the relevant trade media in the run-up to the trade fair.
• During HEATEXPO, the organizer will use appropriate presentation media to draw the public’s attention to the forums.
• The trade media relevant to these topics will be informed in detail about the forum program by Messe Dortmund GmbH via the relevant communication channels.
